FRIDAY 17th MAY 2019 – 12-3:30pm
Join Noosa Boathouse and Chef Shane Bailey as they collaborate with Ben O’Donoghue and Nick Holloway for a Land & Sea inspired lunch highlighting quality Queensland beef as well as locally caught seafood from our waters by the chefs themselves.
The Chefs will be fishing for Cobia, Jewfish, Kingfish, Trevally, Snapper and Fraser Isle Spanner Crab, which they plan to serve raw, cured, cooked and smoked.
The lunch will also use both Nolan’s and Signature grain finished beef, which will be hand selected and aged slightly, focusing on the interesting and tasty cuts.
The event goes from 12-3:30pm in the Restaurant level at Noosa Boathouse and is an official event of Noosa Food & Wine 2019.
Tickets are $169pp and include a 4-Course Feast with Pipers Brook wines.
