In Australia and especially Queensland, we are lucky enough to farm some of the worlds best beef! We invite you to this unique and entertaining specialised beef event which celebrates the high quality product and the talented, committed industry professionals who stand behind it.
You will experience a 4 Course Beef Shared Feast highlighting some favourite tasty cuts such as bavette, petite tender, rump cap, smoked brisket bacon, tri tip, denver, delmonico, oxtail, tomahawk & short rib! You will also experience a live demonstration of Nose to Tail butchery from Pat Gleeson. 3 hour beverage package included.
